Stop choosing the victim role and take charge of yourself. I am also in this process and I want to help you: that’s why.
I’m going to give you some tips to raise your self-confidence that are infallible so that you feel like a goddess with all it includes.
1. For starters, stop comparing yourself!
Forget the models you see on TV or in magazines. You do not have to compare yourself with any of them, because you already have everything you need to dazzle: you just have to BELIEVE it.
2. Change your wardrobe:
If you’re bored to always wear the same, buy new clothes! You do not have to spend all your salary: you can buy a jacket or a blouse of a different color than the one you use every day. This can be a very good measure to crystallize your inner change on your exterior.
“The more you take care of yourself, the more beautiful you will see yourself because you will feel much better about yourself”. Take some time to take a hot bath, automate your skin with essential oils, read that book you always wanted or just dump your ideas in a newspaper or a blog. You can be sure: the more activities you do for yourself, the more attractive you will feel.
4. Change the style of your hair:
If you are tired of seeing yourself as usual and this makes your mood match the sole of your shoes, how about changing the style of your hair? You can try a new cut or a color you’ve never used before. Being bold can be the key to strengthening yourself and knowing new versions of yourself.

Not all of us like to lock ourselves in a gym and sweat the seas, but you can opt for another type of activity, like walking, cycling and even running outdoors. When you begin to see the results of your routine you will feel incredibly beautiful (And I tell you that from experience).
6. Eat healthy
There is no outside beauty without inner well-being and this is achieved with a healthy and balanced diet. So add fruits, vegetables and lots of water to your daily diet.
These tips will make your self-confidence soar: they will raise your self-esteem and make you feel like a goddess of Olympus (or something).
